Ampersand Health Featured in BMJ

We are thrilled to announce that our work on patient initiated follow-up (PIFU) using our My IBD Care app, along with self-monitoring of calprotectin through our CalproSmart™ ™ integration, has been highlighted in Gut, a leading international journal from BMJ. The study conducted by the IBD Unit at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust demonstrated that implementing home-based self-monitoring of faecal calprotectin in IBD patients in long-term remission is not only feasible but also has the potential to reduce the need for in-person appointments.
