Dr. Bostock has always been intrigued by what makes us feel good and function well.

Her research has pointed to sleep as an unsung hero of mental and physical resilience. She has published research in collaboration with the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute in Oxford, and international researchers, demonstrating the impacts of better sleep on mental health and performance.

Psychiatrist

Dr. Bryne is a consultant liaison psychiatrist at the Royal London Hospital.

His main clinical activities are treating patients with gastrointestinal and liver disorders, and he is the lead consultant for liaison psychiatry services across four East London Foundation Trust general hospitals.

Clinical Exercise Specialist

Sarah has two decades of experience as an exercise professional.

She is deeply passionate about having a health relationship with exercise. She now works clinically and specialises in helping people after stoma surgery, with chronic illness/fatigue, and those with ongoing injuries or pain (among many others!).

IBD Pharmacist

Jayne Yeung is an IBD Pharmacist who worked at the Royal London Hospital for over 15 years.

Jayne helps our users of the My IBD Care app understand how their medications work and why taking medication, even when in remission, is key.

Kay Greveson

IBD Specialist Nurse

Kay is an IBD Specialist nurse based at the Royal Free Hospital in London.

She is also the founder of IBD passport, a charity to help people find the right information for travelling with Crohn’s or Colitis. As well as being a nurse, she also has personal experience, from living with Crohn’s Disease. Kay is also a passionate supporter of Crohn's and Colitis UK and has previously fundraised in aid of the charity such as by taking on the Vitality London 10,000 run.

Clinical Therapist

Yeliz is a clinical therapist and researcher specialising in behaviour change interventions for the management of rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases.

She is also Vice President for British Society for Rheumatology and was diagnosed with arthritis at a very early age. Yeliz is trained in Cognitive Behavioural and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy approaches.

Dr. Whitney Scott is a clinical psychologist who has spent over 12 years working to understand chronic symptoms and their management.

For the last 6 years, she has been conducting research into Acceptance and Commitment therapy and using it to improve the lives of people with pain and fatigue.
